We offer our workshops in lunchtime-friendly 30- and 50-minute formats, both in offices and remotely. Our clients also find them to be a great addition to a wellness week (e.g. Mental Health Awareness Week) or awareness day event programme.
What to expect in a corporate wellness workshop
Our corporate wellness workshops offer an experiential and contextual look at the ways in which yoga, breathwork, and other body-centred interventions can support our mental and physical wellbeing.
Much like our regular corporate classes, our workshops provide an opportunity to learn and try techniques in real-time from one of our expert facilitators. These workshops are also accompanied by a keynote presentation and commentary providing essential advice on how to apply and incorporate what they learn into their schedules based on their own intentions and lifestyle. There will also be time for questions at the end, as well as access to learning materials post-session for the attendees.

ON-SITE CLASSES
How much space do we need?
All of our workshops work well with attendees seated around a conference room table, or at their desks in an open-plan office.
We can also host private group sessions at an indoor or outdoor venue near your office, for the full ‘studio’ experience. To find out more, please get in touch.
What equipment do we need?
Our workshops require no equipment and can be practised in regular work clothes. We recommend attendees having something to take notes with, if desired.
Are your teachers insured?
Yes, all of our instructors are fully accredited by industry-leading credentialing bodies, and carry liability insurance for both virtual and on-site classes.
VIRTUAL CLASSES
How many people can join?
Our meeting rooms can hold up to 300 participants.
Can you offer recordings?
Yes! We live-stream our virtual workshops to create an interactive and communal experience for the attendees, however, our sessions can also be recorded by us upon request for an additional fee. Please note that we can only offer recordings for classes and workshops hosted by us on Microsoft Teams.
What equipment do we need?
Our workshops require no equipment and can be practised in regular work clothes. We recommend attendees having something to take notes with, if desired.
