Corporate Yoga Classes
Yoga is a form of physical and mental training concerned with bringing the body, mind, and emotions into harmony. It is an ancient discipline, believed to have been developed by sages in the Indian subcontinent over 5,000 years ago. Today it is practised by tens of millions of people around the world as a way to keep fit and relieve stress.
What do your corporate yoga sessions cover?
Our fun and accessible classes incorporate movement, breathwork and guided relaxation. You can expect playful sequences and lots of feel-good stretches to ease tension and create space in the shoulders, spine and hips. All of our classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis.
All our yoga classes are designed to help offset the effects of extended periods of sitting. We prioritise strengthening commonly weak and overworked muscles while relieving tension in muscles that get shortened when we sit.
What are the benefits of offering yoga at the office?
Research shows that workplace yoga classes can improve staff mental health and productivity while helping to reduce stress-related absences. Theyâre also excellent for getting people moving during the work day to help manage and prevent desk-related aches and pains, while also engaging with their colleagues in a relaxed, collaborative way.
What types of corporate yoga classes do you offer?
We offer two formats of corporate yoga class: desk yoga and mat yoga. Our desk-based classes are ideal for smaller spaces and timeframes, while our mat-based classes provide a more complete and vigorous workout.
Mat yoga involves a combination of standing, seated, kneeling and reclined exercises. We suggest wearing loose or stretchy clothes that allow for easy movement.
These classes tend to run longer than our desk-based ones, to allow ample time to warm up and for that blissful Savasana (relaxation pose!) at the end. We recommend this format for people who are looking to become more strong and bendy.
Our desk-based classes require no equipment and can even be practised in regular clothes, allowing them to blend seamlessly into your colleaguesâ workday. All you need is somewhere to sit and a bit of room to stand.
Modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels of experience and fitness. Many of the standing postures can be modified to be performed seated.

Corporate Yoga Programmes
Putting together an corporate wellness programme can be daunting. Which is why we have applied our years of expertise delivering yoga classes and workshops for market leaders and innovators to creating programmes that we know deliver measurable results, for companies that want to effect change on a company-wide level.
Whether your goal is to help your teams feel more at ease and pain-free in their bodies, or boost their mental wellbeing, or simply offer them an opportunity to bond in a fun, low pressure way, we offer a programme tailored to meet your objectives.
Each week, the attendees will be given homework, which may include supporting pre-recorded videos and audio recordings, to reinforce the learnings of that week. They will also be given learning summaries to take away, helping them to reap the benefits of the course long after it’s over.
Following the completion of each programme, we gather feedback from your employees across various metrics and provide quantifiable results that enable you to measure the return on your investment.
Below you’ll find a high-level summary of each of the yoga programmes we currently offer. For full syllabus details and pricing, please get in touch.
