Our clients come to us for group mindfulness classes to help with team morale, to shine a light on mental health in the workplace, or just to try something a bit different. Our mindfulness classes are expertly guided by certified instructors, and sometimes paired with music or meditation bells to create an immersive experience for your team. We can run these flexibly to suit your needs. Whether you want to offer these virtually or in your London office, as weekly drop-in classes or special one-off events… and whether you have two hours or only ten minutes!
In these classes, we get into techniques derived from various traditions that have been proven to reduce stress and cultivate a calm and clear presence of mind. These may include breath awareness, Non-Sleep Deep Rest (also known as Yoga Nidra), body scanning, visualisation, somatic practices, loving-kindness meditation and gratitude meditation, among many others.
To contextualise the practices and learn how to modify yours to achieve various goals, try our Essential Mindfulness workshop. These sessions include a quick primer on how mindfulness works and how to get the most from your practice.
If you’re someone who prefers a more passive approach, Non-Sleep Deep Rest and our sound baths work their magic even when you’re barely trying. Instead of learning to quiet your mind through practice, you’re carried into a state of deep rest by waves of sound or a gentle voice that naturally slow your brainwaves and release stress.
For a deeper dive, consider our Introduction to Mindfulness programme. This 5-week course is designed to give an inspiring and approachable introduction to mindfulness, with just one hour-long session each week and some optional ‘homework’ and guided audio recordings to enrich the experience. Each week, we focus on a different real-world benefit, from easing stress, to letting go of negativity, to boosting mental clarity. It’s the perfect follow-up for any company looking to integrate more mindfulness into their workplace culture.

How many people can join?
Our meeting rooms can hold up to 300 participants.
Can you offer recordings?
Yes! We live-stream our virtual classes to create a communal experience for the attendees, however, our sessions can also be recorded by us upon request for an additional fee. Please note that we can only offer recordings for classes and workshops hosted by us on Microsoft Teams.
Are your teachers certified?
Yes, all of our instructors are fully accredited by industry-leading credentialing bodies, and carry liability insurance for both virtual and on-site classes.
ON-SITE CLASSES
How much space do we need?
All you will need is space for each attendee to sit. You can be seated on chairs or on the floor / on cushions, as you prefer.
Can we livestream the classes?
Classes at your office can be live-streamed and recorded by the instructor, to benefit those working from home or other offices. Please get in touch to find out more.
