Corporate Mindfulness Classes

Our clients come to us for group mindfulness classes to help with team morale, to shine a light on mental health in the workplace, or just to try something a bit different. Our mindfulness classes are expertly guided by certified instructors, and sometimes paired with music or meditation bells to create an immersive experience for your team. We can run these flexibly to suit your needs. Whether you want to offer these virtually or in your London office, as weekly drop-in classes or special one-off events… and whether you have two hours or only ten minutes!

In these classes, we get into techniques derived from various traditions that have been proven to reduce stress and cultivate a calm and clear presence of mind. These may include breath awareness, Non-Sleep Deep Rest (also known as Yoga Nidra), body scanning, visualisation, somatic practices, sound healing, loving-kindness meditation, gratitude meditation, and more.

Non-Sleep Deep Rest

Non-Sleep Deep Rest

If you’re someone who prefers a more passive approach, Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) and our sound baths work their magic even when you’re barely trying. Instead of learning to quiet your mind through practice, you’re carried into a state of deep rest by waves of sound or a gentle voice that naturally slow your brainwaves and release stress.

NSDR includes guided breathing and a body scan, whereby we deliberately intend for our muscles to release and relax one by one. When our physical body is relaxed, the mind naturally becomes more still. The idea is that the body goes into a state of deep rest, similar to sleep, while the mind stays clear and awake.

Studies have found that NSDR increases levels of dopamine (the motivation and reward neurochemical), replenishes physical energy, and improves cognitive function.

Sound Baths

Though they may be trending on social, sound baths have been around for thousands of years in many different cultures around the world. The ‘bath’ element refers to the immersive quality of the sounds produced by the instruments, which may include crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, drums, and gongs. The various frequencies and vibrations of the instruments combine to guide you into a deep, meditative state of consciousness.

Sessions can be booked as a one-off event or more frequently, with mat, blanket, and sleep mask rental available for semi-regular bookings. All of our sound bath facilitators are accredited by leading credentialing bodies to provide sound healing sessions and are fully insured.

Corporate Mindfulness Programmes

For a deeper dive, consider our Introduction to Mindfulness programme. This 5-week course is designed to give an inspiring and approachable introduction to mindfulness, with just one hour-long session each week and some optional ‘homework’ and guided audio recordings to enrich the experience. Each week, we focus on a different real-world benefit, from easing stress, to letting go of negativity, to boosting mental clarity. It’s the perfect follow-up for any company looking to integrate more mindfulness into their workplace culture.

ON-SITE CLASSES

How much space do we need?

All you will need is space for each attendee to sit. You can be seated on chairs or on the floor / on cushions, as you prefer.

Can we livestream the classes?

Classes at your office can be live-streamed and recorded by the instructor, to benefit those working from home or other offices. Please get in touch to find out more.

Are your teachers certified?

Yes, all of our instructors are fully accredited by industry-leading credentialing bodies, and carry liability insurance for both virtual and on-site classes.

VIRTUAL CLASSES

How many people can join?

Our meeting rooms can hold up to 300 participants.

Can you offer recordings?

Yes! We live-stream our virtual classes to create a communal experience for the attendees, however, our sessions can also be recorded by us upon request for an additional fee. Please note that we can only offer recordings for classes and workshops hosted by us on Microsoft Teams.
