Our group breathwork sessions are a versatile and popular choice for companies wanting to treat their staff to an inclusive, impactful, and team-bonding experience. Whether you wish to energise and uplift, let go of stress, or take your team on a shared journey without leaving the office, we can tailor your session to take you there.

In these classes, we explore techniques from ancient traditions such as yoga’s Pranayama, to more cutting-edge methods used by elite athletes and Navy SEALs to master the nervous system under pressure. Classes can be offered on mats, set to music with eye masks and aromatherapy to support deeper journeys, or offered sitting up as a mini wellness break for a conference or lunch-and-learn.

Essential Breathwork

What exactly is breathwork?

Breathwork is an empowering and inclusive practice for influencing our mental, emotional and physical state. It involves controlled breathing techniques that combine ancient wisdom with modern science. These exercises work by consciously changing your breathing pattern to influence your physical, mental, and emotional state.

In our corporate breathwork sessions, we draw on time-honoured yogic techniques of breath awareness and breath control which have been backed by neuroscience. Sessions can be tailored to support your unique vision – whether you’re interested in exploring breathwork for relaxation and stress relief, cultivating resilience, or more energy and mental clarity.

It’s been long understood that the breath is the bridge between body and mind. It’s for this reason that conscious breathing is a pillar of countless modern and ancient wellbeing practices, notably including yogaPilates, and mindfulness. The influence of the breath in regulating our mood and nervous system is well documented. More impressive still, these exercises are self-directed, cost nothing to carry out, and can be practised anywhere. Very often, the effects are felt in real-time, making them a powerful tool for personal transformation.

ON-SITE CLASSES

How much space do we need?

All you will need is space for each attendee to sit or lie down. You can be seated on chairs or on the floor / on cushions, or lying down on mats, as you prefer.

Can we livestream the classes?

Classes at your office can be live-streamed and recorded by the instructor, to benefit those working from home or other offices. Please get in touch to find out more.

Are your teachers certified?

Yes, all of our instructors are fully accredited by industry-leading credentialing bodies, and carry liability insurance for both virtual and on-site classes.

VIRTUAL CLASSES

How many people can join?

Our meeting rooms can hold up to 300 participants.

Can you offer recordings?

Yes! We live-stream our virtual classes to create a communal experience for the attendees, however, our sessions can also be recorded by us upon request for an additional fee. Please note that we can only offer recordings for classes and workshops hosted by us on Microsoft Teams.
