Our corporate mindfulness sessions provide a simple and effective way of supporting your team’s wellbeing, by inviting them to take a break and switch off from their work.
In general, mindfulness encourages practitioners to embrace non-judgmental observation and acceptance of thoughts, emotions and sensations as they arise. Mindfulness can also be thought of as present-moment awareness, helping us to see things as they are and let go of anxiety. When practised regularly, these techniques help to counter stress, regulate our emotions and think more clearly.
In this mindfulness workshop, we explore research-backed techniques derived from various methodologies to let go of stress and cultivate a calm and clear presence of mind. These may include breath awareness, Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), body scanning, visualisation, somatic practices, loving-kindness meditation and gratitude meditation, among many others.
In this workshop:
- You’ll learn about what mindfulness is, how it developed, how it works, and how it serves us
- You’ll learn some simple techniques and when best to use them according to the science, including:
- The technique that’s best for relaxation
- The technique that’s best for boosting mood
- The technique that’s best for cultivating focus
- You’ll know how to modify your practice to serve your goals
- You’ll also find out some easy ways to be more mindful at work
With each session, your team will also receive support materials summarising the techniques we cover, as well as guided audio recordings, so that they can continue to enjoy the many benefits of these powerful and transformative techniques long after the session.

How Many People Can Join?
Our meeting rooms can hold up to 20,000 participants.
Can You Offer Recordings?
Yes! We live-stream our virtual workshops to create a communal experience for the attendees, however, our sessions can also be played back later at a time that suits them. Please note that we can only offer recordings for sessions hosted by us on Microsoft Teams.
Workshops at your office or our studio can also be live-streamed and recorded by the instructor, to benefit those working from home or other offices. Please get in touch to find out more.
What Equipment Do We Need?
The exercises will predominantly seated, with the option to recline if working from home for some of the relaxation practices.
Are Your Teachers Insured?
Yes, all of our instructors are fully accredited by industry-leading credentialing bodies, and carry liability insurance for both virtual and on-site classes.
On-site Classes
How Much Space Do We Need?
All attendees will need is somewhere quiet and comfortable to sit.
We can also host private group sessions at an indoor or outdoor venue near your office, for the full ‘studio’ experience. To find out more, please get in touch.

None whatsoever! Although participants may wish to bring something to take notes on.
