WFH Self-Care

Our WFH Self-Care classes borrow elements from a variety of movement and self-care practices, including Myofascial Release techniques, breathwork, self-massage, mindfulness and, of course, yoga.

Our clients find that these self-care sessions are a great way to treat their workforce while they are under the unique pressures of working remotely (during a global pandemic, no less!).

A yoga mat isn’t necessary if practising at home. Although, we do suggest that participants lay a towel or blanket to make reclined and kneeling poses more comfortable. We also encourage the use of cushions and a tennis ball to get the most out of the sessions.
