Gentle Yoga

This is the most commonly practised form of yoga and one of our most popular options. Just like Dynamic, the poses flow together only this time the yogi pushups and more challenging poses are stripped away, making these sequences even more accessible for the beginner and for those with a less active lifestyle. The poses tend to be more stretch based rather than strength based.

The main benefits this type of class offers include increased body awareness, flexibility and core strength, and a calming of the mind.
