Gentle Yoga

Our Gentle Yoga sessions take inspiration from classical Hatha yoga, the most commonly practised form of yoga. It's a classic for a reason, and is one of our most popular classes. This form of yoga is notably slower in pace with more attention to alignment, making it an ideal choice for beginners. Gentle Yoga is less of a “workout” in the traditional sense than Dynamic Yoga, instead focusing on stretching and poses which calm and soothe.

These classes incorporate movement, breathwork and guided relaxation. You can expect playful sequences and lots of feel-good stretches to ease tension and create space in the shoulders, spine and hips.
