This fun and athletic practice is popular with brand new and seasoned yogis alike.

We find that strength developed from other activities and movement practices translates very well to this style of yoga, and the process of honing their skills is very rewarding and empowering for the participants. There is an emphasis on transitions between the postures, and we do include the odd playtime for beginner and intermediate level arm balancing. However, unlike their studio counterparts, you still won’t find poses such as headstand and shoulderstand in these classes because safety is absolutely paramount for us.

The main benefits you would derive from this type of class include increased body intelligence and awareness, all over body strength and flexibility, and a calming of the mind.
