Dynamic Yoga

Dynamic Yoga is a fun and athletic practice, popular with brand new and seasoned yogis alike. Alternatively known as Vinyasa Yoga, this style of yoga notably links together poses with the breath in a flowing sequence. The faster pace of this class makes it ideal for channeling restless energy and calming a busy mind. Those who find they get fidgety with slower, less aerobic forms of yoga (such as Gentle Yoga) will enjoy the challenge of mindfully transitioning between the postures, as well as the opportunities for more challenging pose variations, such as arm and single-leg balances.

We recommend setting aside at least 45-60 minutes for this class to allow plenty of time to warm-up and cool down without feeling rushed. You can expect to leave the class feeling strong, revitalised and ready to take on the rest of the day.
