Virtual Corporate Pilates Classes


Pilates is an all-over body conditioning workout that elongates muscles, improves posture and strengthens the ‘powerhouse’ also known as the core. As with our array of yoga classes, our online Pilates classes are specifically devised with the office worker in mind. By lengthening and strengthening the muscles from the inside out, practitioners benefit from increased trunk stability, body awareness and coordination, allowing them to move with grace and control.

Corporate Mat Pilates
Our classical mat work practices focus on functional movement, which means the emphasis is on moves which benefit us in our daily lives and movement patterns: how we walk, sit, stand bend down, lift things, and so on. With regular practice, practitioners develop balanced strength, space and control in their bodies, so they can move better and become less prone to injury.

Desk Pilates
Our desk-based Pilates classes are ideal for sneaking some exercise into your workday, and incorporate many of the poses you might recognise from a traditional mat class. We offer lunchtime-friendly 20- and 30-minute classes, as well as more bitesize ones to break up longer online events and conferences to get your delegates moving without breaking a sweat.
